From early English, Georgian elegance and Victorian eclecticism to Art Nouveau, Arts & Crafts, Art Deco and post-war, the craft of the goldsmith is one to behold.

Our Silver & Objects of Vertu department is well equipped to research, identify notable makers and value your item for inclusion in one of our regular specialist auctions. Due to our geographic location in the Cotswolds, we have a particular specialism in Arts & Crafts silver by esteemed silversmiths such as C.R. Ashbee/Guild of Handicraft, Omar Ramsden and David Mellor. Other important makers and retailers sought are Asprey, Mordan & Co, Paul Storr, Matthew Boulton, Georg Jensen, Stuart Devlin and Gerald Benny. We are also specialists in English and Continental gold boxes. Please do get in touch for a valuation.
